Holding Benevolent Boundaries
Online Zoom Workshop

About This Event

The dictionary’s description of “Benevolent” –  organized for the purpose of doing good
The energetic description of Benevolent – of and from a place of love

Like many people around the world, we have been taught the lesson “To Give is Better To Receive” and so we could be operating our lives from this lesson, learned very early in life.
This type of deep belief can bring about habits of overgiving, and overproviding for others, which can leave one with not much left for themselves, and not easy to receive from others.

What’s this have to do with boundaries.   In my work, lack of boundaries for yourself, can be linked with habits of overgiving – loving others much more than we love ourselves.
This workshop gently dives to the places in ourselves where we hold ourselves back from receiving. We’ll open up the doors and remove limiting beliefs preventing you from setting and holding benevolent boundaries for you to start living life feeding yourself.

What are healthy boundaries?
Healthy boundaries are not something you can see or touch.  They are felt.  They are the edges of where you are prepared to place your time / money / energy / kindness.   This is the place where you give your help for others, where it serves you and enlivens you.   You’ll learn how to identify where this place in within yourself, and know what to do when you come to it – so that you discontinue leaping over them, and keep ‘saving’ / helping others at your own expense.

PS — Here’s a little secret.    When you begin to honour your boundaries; others actually love, respect and honour you more.

In this Online Workshop you’ll:

    • Discover your biggest sabotaging belief with a simple and kind guided technique
    • Learn how to transform your own energy for self-healing and growth
    • Increase self-support in setting yourself a benevolent boundary
    • Release worry, stress and self-sabotage

As with all Zoom workshops this event will be LIVE, and the recording sent out to all participants. The recorded version is just as powerful as the live event so don’t worry if you miss it.
