Through listening, I build a complete picture of where your body is currently;  so that I direct my skills to where they’re needed most.

I’ve developed an innovative blend of Massage, Acupressure & Meridian Energy Healing (Reiki) over the past 17 years and it’s helped thousands of people just like you.

This potent style of massage catapults the effectiveness of every session to another level!  It continues to release tension behind the scenes for an additional 24 – 48 hours after the appointment, so that it brings you fast, and longer-lasting relief from pain and imbalance.

Living and working in Mount Maunganui and Papamoa for the past 17 years, I am here to help local people, and visitors get the BEST out of their body and lives.

About Stef

I travelled through Thailand early in my career.  During this time, I was introduced to the concept of the connection between the body’s vital energy, emotional state and the physical body. Since then I’ve trained with some of the most advanced and talented practitioners in New Zealand and Australasia.

My approach involves multiple techniques. 
Massage Treatments are a blend of therapeutic massage, acupressure and subtle energy balancing.  This combination is designed to bring the best outcomes for every massage.

My energy treatments online or in-person is multi-disciplinary using guided neuro-somatic practises, colour, mindfulness and reiki.

Elevate you and your body to another level of mobility, freedom and release.  I commonly hear people say they walk out feeling a “million bucks”

  • I’ve trained five massage therapists in my Right for Life Massage clinic
  • For 3 years consecutively, taught intensive massage training classes for 10 massage students at the Bay Of Plenty Rugby Union
  • I’ve lead training classes in muscle / body flexibility
