What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” or Chi / Ki,  flows through us and is what causes us to be alive

Level 1 initiation into Reiki – What the event will offer you:

~ Guidance through a grounding meditation to awaken your Reiki
~ Foundations, concepts and the first of the all the Reiki symbols
~ Grounding and centring techniques to anchor you into peace / neutrality
~ Self-Mastery of 12 hand positions for use in a Self Reiki Session
~ Mastery for a whole body Reiki session for animals, family or friends
~ Receive a deep and profound attunement with Usui Reiki symbols

~  BONUS material and training how to create a safe and healing space for yourself and also others to receive benefits.

The focus during Level One; is on opening the energy channels for the recipient ( and you as the facilitator) on a physical level, allowing the practitioner to connect to the universal life force, which flows from the cosmos through the hands and body.

Reiki 1 is designed to support and facilitate:

• Learn skills to transform your own energy for self-healing and growth
• Increase of flow confidence and energy levels
• Release worry, stress and self-sabotage
• Identify and let go of fears & limitations

This workshop day is held in the heart of Mount Maunganui
ALL workshop manuals are provided
